Brandy Woods, CEO of Childcare Millionaires Association, is coming to Bounce as the M.C. Brandy is a mother, business owner, community leader, consultant, and author. Childcare is her passion! She owns a chain of Childcare Centers in the Greater Houston Area. Her community, Childcare Millionaires Association, offers support, training, resources, and curriculum to help you improve or start your Childcare Empire.

FRED JOYAL

Fred Joyal is a renowned author, speaker, and entrepreneur. His latest book, Superbold: from Under-confident to Charismatic in 90 days, is an Amazon and Wall Street Journal bestseller, teaching the P.R.I.D.E. Method, his unique system for rapidly increasing boldness and confidence.  His humble brags are he was a Jeopardy answer and once defeated Sir Richard Branson in chess. He is an avid cyclist, an average tennis player, and an even worse golfer.   

BETH CANNON

Beth Cannon is an Educator and Entrepreneur who helps Early Education Leaders gain the clarity and confidence they need to transform their staff into a high-performing team. She does this through speaking at conferences as a keynote or workshop presenter, business and leadership professional development, and onsite or online team training.

VERNON MASON JR. M.ED.

Vernon Mason has been an early childhood administrator for over 24 years with a master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration from National Louis University. With a $5,000 credit card in 1991 he and his mother opened a small child care center with a capacity of 30 that grew to 125.

CHANIE WILSCHANSKI

Chanie Wilschanski is a trailblazer in school leadership, who has started a global conversation about building and sustaining schools of excellence while creating legacy. Chanie is the Host of the Schools of Excellence Podcast, an Early Childhood Leadership Coach, and the CEO and Founder of Schools of Excellence. Chanie has worked with hundreds of EC Directors and School Owners who are working to build a School of Excellence with higher staff retention, teacher motivation, parent partnership, and collaborative culture.

SUMMER PICHA

Summer Picha has over 18 years in the industry and is the creator of the Conscious Classroom Certification Model. Summer knows specifically what it takes to lead a mission-driven team and create a culture where schools and families feel like they belong.

RACHEL SUPALLA

Rachel Supalla brings over 25 years of child care experience. She is a multi-site child care center owner of 3 brands and founded Discovery KidZone in 2009. Rachel has her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration. She has been nationally recognized as a teacher and director trainer and is a certified professional development specialist that specializes in brain based creative teaching practices and leadership development.

LORI BUXTON

Lori Buxton has been involved in early care and education since 1995.  She has served children and their families on many levels, including classroom teacher, program director, executive administrator, and training facilitator.  Lori is the Executive Director of the Association for Early Learning.  She has been a featured guest on Rock Star Radio, Preschool Podcast, Excellence in Childcare Podcast, ECE Forecast Podcast, and more. 

TYM SMITH

Tym Smith began working in the Early Childhood Development field in 1986. After spending several years in the classroom he advanced to fill various positions including Education Specialist, Director and Regional Director. Over the past 17 years, Tym has spent over thousand of hours training staff and management across the country at local and national conferences. In 2007, Tym started "Tym the Trainer", a training company dedicated to quality and diversity for child-care programs.

PRERNA RICHARDS

Prerna Richards is an international speaker, entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and founder of Together We Grow.  She is deeply passionate about supporting the teachers who are providing care for the young learners.

SHIRA LEIBOWITZ

Dr. Shira Leibowitz spent 20 years as a principal of Pre-K through eighth grade schools before opening her own childcare center & preschool. She teaches in the doctoral program in education at Northeastern University, and is the author of two educational leadership books: the Amazon best-seller, The Coach Approach To School Leadership: Leading Teachers To Higher Levels of Effectiveness and Havens of Hope: Ideas For Redesigning Education From The COVID-19 Pandemic. Shira is founder and CEO of Revabilities™: The Place For Purpose-Driven Educational Leaders, dedicated to supporting early childhood & K-12 leaders to up-level the quality of their schools, grounded in what they stand for, with less stress and more joy.

EVELYN KNIGHT

Evelyn started working in ECE over 25 years ago. She’s held almost every position in a preschool or childcare center and has owned  3 centers. For years, her centers owned her instead of her owning them. She worked at least 50 hours a week and used her family’s personal money to keep the doors open. For a long time, she thought it was not possible to have a high quality, developmentally appropriate center and turn a profit. Fast forward through a lot of lessons learned, money spent, and coaching gleaned...and now it is Evelyn’s life's mission to show you how to take back control of your center so that you can own your time while making money!

Christina Fecio is a skilled facilitator and dynamic public speaker with focused expertise in early childhood education. She has 20+ years of diverse, practical experience in organizational leadership, program development, and communications & engagement strategy.

Kathe Petchel, founder of Bright Beginnings Preschool, Charlottesville, Virginia has been an early childhood leader for 36 years. Kathe is an industry expert on hiring and training staff, facilitating staff development and growing teams, onboarding and training as well as successfully mentoring programs looking to grow or sell.

TONY D’AGOSTINO

Anthony D’Agostino, Founder and CEO of Inspire Care 360, has spent over 10 years as an early learning and childcare owner of up to six childcare schools in Western New York. Tony followed his drive to provide independently owned childcare schools a set of solutions to engage, grow and optimize their businesses created out of the necessity he saw from his own experiences. With a focus on creating a healthy culture and providing individuals the opportunity to thrive, Tony founded Inspire Care 360. His experiences also led him to create over 6,900 hours of early learning curriculum organized in 9 Key Development Areas.
